This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
They may plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.

Instalment 1: AUD $1400 (includes non-refundable enrolment fee of $150 and non-refundable material fee of $300) to be paid upon enrolment
Instalment 2: AUD $1250 not due before the end of 5th month after enrolment
Instalment 3: (Final payment): AUD $1250 not due before the end of 10th month after enrolment

The Institute of Business and Management Studies aims to provide quality training and assessment services that comply with Standards for RTOs 2015 and will issue an AQF qualification once you are deemed competent in all the units of competency that form this qualification.

Previously qualified and experienced candidates may qualify for Credit and/or RPL based on assessment of their existing skills and knowledge allowing them to complete the course in a shorter timeframe.
Students who complete this course may wish to continue their education into the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management or a range of Advanced Diploma qualifications, as well as higher education qualifications in leadership and management.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply project management skills and knowledge in a variety of contexts, across a number of industry sectors. The job roles that relate to this qualification may include Project Manager and Project Team Leader.
Individuals in these roles have project leadership and management roles and are responsible for achieving project objectives. They possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical, and managerial competencies to initiate, plan, execute, and evaluate their own work and/or the work of others.
